REACH Declaration

GigaDevice warrants and guarantees that all products and components (including but not limited to unfinished and finished goods, raw materials, expendables, and packing materials) comply with the EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 - Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and the amendments to it. We perform investigations with due diligence to confirm that the products delivered to customers are free of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) specified in REACH and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. To develop a greener supply chain, comply with international laws and regulations, and meet customer expectations, GigaDevice collects detailed information from suppliers regarding product components and the declarations of compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
