High-Performance Power IC

High-performance power ICs are the cornerstone of all electronic products. GigaDevice is committed to providing customers with a continually expanding selection of regulated power supply solutions with reduced noise, low power consumption, high sensitivity, and high efficiency.

GigaDevice offers a variety of low-noise, low-dropout linear regulators (LDO), which can provide 3A or 1.2A load current with a maximum voltage drop of only 180mV. The devices feature a low-noise, high-power supply rejection ratio, high output circuit performance, integrated undervoltage lockout, soft start control, and multiple protection functions. They are well-suited for applications such as wireless infrastructure, industrial machinery, high-speed communications, radio frequency equipment, medical devices, and deployment in noise-sensitive areas.

The LDO devices' output voltage can be controllable by an internal pin or external resistance setting. In special applications such as integrated circuits (ASIC), field programmable gate arrays (FPGA), or digital signal processors (DSP), the low input and output states could be configurable through a BIAS input.
