Overview

GD32 Main-Stream MCUs utilize leading processes and core architectures to provide developers with enhanced processing power, larger storage capacity, and richer on-chip resources. The high-performance product lineup includes 6 product series and 13 product lines, catering to diverse application scenarios such as such as industrial control, motor drives, consumer and handheld equipment, communication networks, embedded modules, human-machine interface, security and alarm systems, graphic display, automotive navigation, gaming and GPS, E-bikes, IoT and more. These products offer strong computing power support for advanced innovative applications and promote intelligentization of embedded design.

Product Series

  • The GD32F30x product series incorporates the Arm® Cortex® -M4 32-bit processor core operating at 120 MHz frequency with zero-wait Flash access to obtain maximum efficiency. It provides up to 3072KB on-chip Flash memory and 96KB SRAM memory

  • The GD32F10x series of MCUs incorporates the 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M3 core operating at 108MHz maximum frequency with zero-wait state Flash access to obtain maximum efficiency. Meanwhile, it provides up to 3024KB on-chip Flash memory and up to 96KB SRAM.

  • The GD32C1x3 product series incorporates the Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit processor core operating at 120 MHz frequency with Flash access to obtain maximum efficiency. It provides up to 128 KB on-chip Flash memory and 32 KB SRAM memory.

  • The GD32E1x3 product series incorporates the Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit processor core operating at 120 MHz frequency with Flash access to obtain maximum efficiency.

  • The GD32E502 product series incorporates the Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-bit processor core operating at up to 100 MHz frequency. It provides up to 384 KB on-chip Flash memory and up to 48 KB SRAM.

  • The GD32VF103 series of MCUs is a 32-bit general-purpose microcontroller based on the RISC-V core offering high performance and low power as well as rich peripherals. The GD32VF103 series of 32-bit RISC-V MCUs operates at up to 108MHz frequency supporting zero-wait Flash access to obtain maximum efficiency. It provides up to 128KB on-chip Flash memory and 32KB SRAM.
