Overview
The GD32A71x/GD32A72x/GD32A74x series of automotive-grade MCU feature an ultra-high performance ARM® Cortex®-M7 core, supporting single-core, dual-core, and single-core lockstep configurations. They offer two main frequencies of 120MHz and 160MHz, with a computing power of 763 DMIPS, and are equipped with up to 4MB of on-chip Flash and 512KB of SRAM, supporting dual Flash BANKs to meet the needs of seamless OTA upgrades. The chips operate on a wide voltage supply of 2.97-5.5V and have a working temperature range of -40 to +125°C, complying with the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standard, ensuring a working life of over 15 years, providing hardware assurance for the safe and stable operation of systems. To achieve a variety of body control and interconnectivity applications, these products integrate a rich set of peripheral interfaces, supporting 8 CAN FD and 12 LIN high-speed automotive bus interfaces, as well as 1x10/100Mbps Ethernet interfaces with AVB and TSN support. They also support 6 SENT interfaces and meet chassis application requirements. In terms of safety and reliability, GD32A71x/72x series complies with the ISO26262 ASIL B standard, while the GD32A74x series meets the stricter ISO26262 ASIL D standard. Both series meet the international Evita-full standard for information security and support the national cryptographic algorithms SM2/3/4, in line with the ISO21434 network security standard, aiding in the needs for overseas deployment. The GD32A71x/72x/74x product combination offers a variety of choices of 5 packages and 24 models.
