GigaDevice released the industry's first SPI NAND Flash in 2013 and continued to develop comprehensive portfolio, products that fully cover consumer electronics, industrial, and automotive applications. GigaDevice SPI NAND Flash has a built-in switchable ECC module, supports QSPI, and offers high speed, high reliability and low power consumption. Compared to the conventional parallel interfaces, SPI NAND Flash offers compact package, low pin count, and ease of use. It can also use a compatible layout with SPI NOR Flash for ease migration. The solution has been well-received by users as a key solution for embedded application code and data storage since the product launch.
